The Grassland Society of Southern Africa is a non-profit organisation that aims to advance rangeland and pasture science and management in Africa. Each year the Society holds a Congress in a different province of South Africa and occassionally outside of South Africa.

We expect over 200 South African and international delegates, mainly researchers from academic institutions, government departments and independent research institutions. There is also a large contingent of independent environmental consultants as well as practitioners such as dairy farmers, wildlife managers, and livestock farmers.

We would like to invite you to support the Congress as a sponsor. There are several options for sponsorship, but please note that these sponsorship options are flexible, and other forms of sponsorship may be arranged.

• Flash slides advertising your organisation between the Congress sessions
• A brochure inserted into the Congress folders which are handed to each delegate at registration
• A link to your organisation website on our Congress homepage
• Your organisation logo on back cover of Congress programme and abstracts publication in colour
• An advert or advertorial inside Congress programme and abstracts publication in black and white and a length of one A4 page
• An exhibition stand for the duration of the Congress at the main venue
• Registration for one or more delegates to attend the Congress (this excludes bed and breakfast, transport and supper on Wednesday evening) including membership of the Society in 2011
