Grasslands, Timber and Fire. A Symposium
from 14 to 15 October 2009 in Bishopstowe, Pietermaritzburg
The SANBI National Grasslands Programme and the Grassland Society of Southern Africa are proud to host a symposium focusing on improving our understanding of the ecology and management of grasslands, and their related ecosystems, that are associated with timber plantations. A central theme is fire behaviour, fire ecology, and fire management.

Cancellation fee: 50% before 1 October, 0% thereafter.
Fees include registration to the
symposium, daily catering (coffee/tea at arrival, mid-morning
refreshments, lunch, mid-afternoon refreshments), and symposium-pack.
Fees are VAT inclusive.
